Implementation of any system has always been in tough task in any organization. The first point which comes is resistance to the new system. In this post we will see how to smoothen the process of implementation, gain cooperation and acceptance towards the system.

Involve the users of the systems at regular intervals while the new system is being evolved. the acceptance level of the data management system will be more if the pain areas of the end user is taken care of.
Educate the users about the benefits of the new system and the advantages that it will bring to the end users because it is ultimately the end users who are going to work and keep the system alive.
Never have a system developed at the sole discretion of the top management of the organization.
